The difference between a passive job search and a proactive job search is very substantial. Just consider what you are doing in a passive job search; you are posting your resume on multiple job sites and hoping that some recruiter or employer might type in the exact keywords matching your profile while looking for a candidate. How can I tell that my resume has been processed and distributed?
SpinResume.com will send you 3 emails, one will tell you that your payment was received; the second email will say that the distribution has been completed and then the third email will be a copy of your distribution (what the recruiter will receive). If you have selected the option to receive a list of the recruiters your resume was sent to that will also be sent out to you.
How do I get a list of the Recruiters my resume was distributed to?
SpinResume.com will send you a list of the recruiters name and state that they are located in for an additional charge of $10.00. This list does not include contact information.
What kind of response should I expect?
Like all job searches your result will greatly depend on your qualifications. If the recruiter is looking for someone to fill a position you are qualified for they will usually contact you immediately, but again this is all dependent on your salary expectations, experience, education and location. If they are not looking for you position at the time they will simply add you to their database of people to recruit.
When will my resume be distributed?
If you have chosen to pay with a credit card your resume is distributed immediately after credit card verification, if you have chosen to pay with pay pal it takes forty-eight hours.
What format can I submit in?
Unlike many of our competitors Spinresume.com accepts your original resume file in a variety of formats and send it as message attachment. We can distribute your resume in .doc ,.txt ,.rtf ,.pdf formats.
How does the Resume Distribution process work?
There are 3 steps to our resume distribution process.
Step 1. The first thing that you must do is fill out your personal information and upload your resume.
Step 2. The next step is to select your industries and location. Your basic distribution includes 3 free industries, 3 free locations and includes general search firms for the selected locations. Please be advised the more locations and industries you select the better your odds are of getting more responses.
Step 3. This is the last step before Conformation and payment. In this step you will combine your distribution email (subject and body) with your resume as an attachment. You then select your payment method and proceed to the confirmation page.
Confirmation Page. On the conformation page you get the opportunity to receive a sample of the message recruiters will receive (up to 3 times). The confirmation page also gives you the ability to edit any mistakes you may have made before send the final copy to recruiters.

SpinResume.com uses SSL encryption, which is completely secure and safe. Our SSL is a 128bit encryption that follows industry standards.
What happens I cannot complete the process?
If cannot complete the transaction after you paid, just send an e-mail to SpinResume.com, provide all information and state what happened.
What is your refund policy?
Our service guarantees that we will distribute your resume to all the recruiters in our database that where selected by you [location(s) and industry(ies) plus all general search recruiters for selected location(s)]. The number of locations and industries depend on the level of service you select.
If, under any circumstance, SpinResume does not perform the service as advertised, (i.e. distributing your resume to matched recruiters,) we promise a full money-back guarantee or redistribution. Some examples of these types of circumstances would be: we did not actually distribute the resume or other technical errors.
There is high chance of receiving a number of undelivered messages due network and servers problems that are outside of our control. Learn more about undelivered messages issue here. We do partial refunds if the amount of undelivered emails exceeds 10% of your total list. SpinResume.com will return an equivalent portion of your money for the undelivered emails you receive. For example if 12% of your total list is undelivered (very rare) we will give you 12% of the distribution cost back. We require that you send us all undeliverable e-mails, and if it is more than 10% of your mailing list you will receive equivalent refund excluding extra charges (such as 'mailing list' charge or 'redistribution in 30 days' or 'email importance' option)
We are not a job placement agency, nor do we guarantee responses and/or jobs. Many variables outside of our control affect whether a candidate gets responses and/or job offers. Some of these are: job availability, the quality of the resume, skill level, salary requirements, location requirements, citizenship requirements, etc…
What are undeliverables, and why do I receive them?
Undeliverables are those messages that are 'returned' for some reason. We verify our database of emails on a weekly basses to eliminate emails that recently become unreachable. Even though the recruiters must confirm their email account before it is added to our list, on any given day we can have returns for various reasons: email server down, full e-mail boxes, too many hops, internet router problems, etc. We strive to keep our undeliverable rate below 5%. For example, if a person's resume is distributed to 600 recruiters, they may have as many as 30 undeliverable messages. PLEASE NOTE: Undeliverable messages do NOT include 'WARNINGS' or AUTO RESPONSES sent by email servers.
There are basically 3 types of responses that should come to customers. This includes 'AUTO RESPONDERS', actual responses sent by recruiters and the undeliverables. All "responses" go directly to your email address to ensure your privacy. PLEASE FORWARD ANY UNDELIVERABLES RECEIVED as a result of distribution so we can ensure emails accessibility.
